Clepa built this Policy to explain what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have while using the Clepa mobile application and companion web surfaces. Clepa focuses on community discussions, shared posts, lightweight engagement, private communication, optional AI assistance, memberships, and digital gifts.
1. Snapshot
We run Clepa to help people browse forums, react to posts, follow creators, and explore highlights safely. We do not sell mailing lists of identifiable users, and we do not monetize personal data by renting profiles to data brokers.
2. Information Categories
- Account identifiers: login handle, phone or email equivalents, password hashes, session tokens, display name, avatar, and bio.
- Community artifacts: posts, comments, uploads, likes, follows, blocks, reports, and moderation outcomes.
- Device telemetry: OS version, device model, app build, coarse locale, crash logs, and performance traces.
- Support conversations: emails or tickets you initiate, including attachments you choose to send.
- Optional assistants: prompts and contextual metadata needed to return AI-assisted responses.
- Purchases: product identifiers, entitlement state, and store-provided transaction metadata needed for subscriptions and digital gifts.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Authenticate you, recover accounts, and prevent credential abuse.
- Render feeds, forums, notifications, private chat, and social graphs.
- Process memberships, digital goods, restore requests, and entitlement checks.
- Detect spam, fraud, harassment, and policy violations.
- Debug outages, improve performance, and measure aggregate retention.
- Comply with lawful requests and enforce agreements.
4. Partners and Infrastructure
Cloud storage, push delivery, analytics, purchase processing, and support tools may be operated by vendors bound by data-processing terms. Access is limited to what the service requires and monitored under our security practices.
5. Automation and AI
We may apply classifiers or models to rank content, flag policy risks, summarize threads, or power optional assistant replies. We do not train generalized foundation models on your private messages for unrelated third-party products.
6. Sharing Outside Clepa
Disclosure happens only in controlled situations:
- Processors assisting us under contract.
- Law enforcement or regulators when disclosure satisfies legal process.
- Acquirers or investors during a merger, provided successors honor this Policy or give notice.
- Other users, when you publish public content by design.
7. Retention
Active account data stays while your profile remains open. After deletion we follow the schedule in our Account Deletion summary. Logs and backups roll off on layered timelines informed by security and litigation-hold needs.
8. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk. No online service is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents to clepa2026@hotmail.com.
9. Children and International Visitors
Clepa is not directed to children under the age permitted in our User Agreement. If you access Clepa from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. or other regions where we or partners maintain facilities.
10. Your Privacy Choices
Many regions grant rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing. Submit requests through settings when available or email clepa2026@hotmail.com. We verify identity before fulfilling sensitive requests.
11. Updates
We will revise this Policy when features or laws shift. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
